St Luke’s Surgery Beckington and Fromefield Surgery

There is a car park adjacent to building with marked disabled parking bays, and there are no steps into the building and to the consulting rooms

There is a Loop system at Reception. If you wear a hearing aid, turn it to the T-position and tell Reception staff. A portable mini-loop system can also accompany hard-of hearing patients into the Doctor’s consulting room.

Freshford Surgery

There is car parking on road, and there are steps into the building and to the consulting rooms

The Freshford Surgery is to provide Primary Care Medical Services to the general public within the constraints of a complex that was built over 100 years ago and which has been extended and subsequently modified in 2002. Therefore, certain requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 cannot be fully met at this site for operational and security reasons, and these are detailed below:

1. No disabled parking bay
2. No disabled access to the entrance of the surgery
3. No disabled access to the rear fire exit from the waiting room

Our full range of services is available at our main Beckington site and we therefore suggest that you attend there or Fromefield branch site if you have significant mobility problems.
